Things are never really as they seem, and it's no exception in Aegis. Mutants, werewolves, demigods, vampires, witches, demons, and fairies all think they're safe in their city, Aegis, and they most likely are. For a few more days, anyway. The guards have known for a while that a threat would arise, the only question has been from who. After their initial threat was struck down—by yet another threat—they’re scrambling to find a way they can keep the people safe. And keep Aegis a secret from all the humans that don’t know anything about them. All they might need is numbers, but who will pick the demon over the common good? And is it really the common good? I guess it depends on your moral compass. So what do you think?
