The Spammers Takeout is a forum that counters crackers(NOT HACKERS) spammers scriptkiddies etc. and take them out IF they find anything that they do wrong, like spamming forums for fun.
Or stealing forums(cracking) if they have a "home base" such as a forum and its for example a proboards forum then they will report that forum to proboards.com IF they can prove that that forum is doing some against the Proboards TOS.
Or they report the spammers to there ISP(for example) or sometimes(happent 2 times) to the FBI.
