Role Playing Haven. A world that connects other worlds. RPH itself is not it's own world, only the Greeting Isle is. It is the pocket dimension that connects everything. When a character reaches it's pique of interest, they are pulled from their own world and taken into the pocket dimension where they can learn their life is going to be different from there on out. Not only can they be able to travel freely to their own time or own world, the Isle can also allow them to explore other worlds they would have never been able to before.
The cities of Earth are the biggest cause of confusion it seems. Paris, Tokyo, London, New York, etc. In those sections, they would look just like they do now if you were to travel to any of these locations in real life. Here is the catch that is most commonly missed and not discussed. Slight alterations might be seen in these cities on this board. Yes, they are of our time but they are also altered by the driving force of the more common fandom for each section. Take, for example, Tokyo. The most common fandom there is the Sailor Moon series, yes? So as well as looking like the Tokyo of now it also holds the locations that are only ever seen in the series. They are the driving force there so it changes to match them.
The Isle, though a small pocket dimension, is a nexus point for everything that deals with magic, mana, whatever a person wants to call it. The flow of the energy there is so strong and powerful, that it protects it from any attack. Though only time it has ever been affected by anything that happened in the worlds it connects to was by Wanda only. Her own magic being strong enough to breech it. No other outside force has been able to alter or tap into the magic eminating from the Isle. And currently, it is not a possibility. It is a safe haven and has changed quite frequently over the years. And it keeps changing with the increase of population to the board. Once a small island with nothing but the town and surrounding forest. Once a small town, it has turned into blossoming city where anything can be available. The island itself has grown, the forest expanding, a beach forming, even a port and shrine appearing. The changes will continue as our numbers increase.
